You, the homeowner, will be updated on the progress of your job on a regular basis.

Our payment schedule is fair and designed to put you at ease:
$1,000.00 is due at the signing of the contract.
5% of the total contract is requested as a down payment; so we may begin to buy materials, pull permits, etc…
30% of the contract price will be due after the initial work has begun
30% at the time that we have substantially completed the hardscape work
30% due at delivery of plant material, and
5% will be due at the completion of the project
